YMCA Kids’ Night Out offers families a safe, affordable option for evening childcare. Each monthly themed event is filled with fun—arts and crafts, STEM activities, outdoor games, and active play that keep kids engaged and energized.
While children discover new adventures and make friends, parents can enjoy a night out knowing their kids are in trusted hands.

The Great Pumpkin Palooza

Get ready for a spook-tacular evening at the YMCA! Kids can show off their best costumes while enjoying a night full of Halloween fun. We’ll kick things off with pumpkin painting (everyone gets their own mini pumpkin to decorate), then head out for a Trick-or-Treat adventure around the Y, where candy will be hidden all throughout the halls. With costumes, creativity, and plenty of treats, this not so Frighting Night will be a spooky good time you won’t want to miss!
Ultimate Camp Out

Grab your sleeping bags and get ready for an unforgettable night of camp-style fun! We’ll fire up the evening with a cookout, roasting hot dogs and making gooey s’mores just like at camp. After dinner, kids can dive into the pool for some swimming fun, then wind down with friends in true camp-out style. It’s the perfect mix of food, friends, and fun—you won’t want to miss this night under the (indoor) stars!

Kids will dash through the Y on a festive Candy Cane Hunt, get creative (and a little messy!) with cookie decorating, and cozy up with friends for a special dine-in holiday movie. It’s the perfect mix of sweet treats, holiday spirit, and winter wonder—all wrapped up in one unforgettable night!

Slip into your coziest PJs and join us for a night of comfort and fun! We’ll kick things off with a yummy pancake dinner (because breakfast for dinner is the best!), then splash into the pool for some swimming fun. To end the night, kids can snuggle up with friends, sip on warm hot cocoa, and enjoy a movie in their pajamas. It’s the ultimate cozy night out—sweet treats & big splashes.

Celebrate friendship with a night full of sweet treats and fun games! Kids will get creative by making chocolate-covered strawberries on skewers, dipping them in delicious melted chocolate. Then, we’ll spread the love with Cupid’s Candy Walk—dance and walk in a circle of hearts while music plays, and when the music stops, draw a number to pick a sweet treat or toy! It’s a night of friendship, laughter, and tasty surprises that kids won’t want to miss!

Glow and Go Lock-In

Get ready for an action-packed night of fun and connection! During this special Lock-In, kids will head to Laser X for an evening of laser tag, laser maze challenges, and arcade games. We'll enjoy a pizza dinner together and wrap up the night with glowstick midnight swimming at the Y.
Please bring a sleeping bag for the overnight stay.

Then, we’ll warm things up with a splash in the pool - don't forget your swimsuits and towels! Younger children will love creative crafts and snow-themed play, while older kids can join trivia challenges, a snowball relay, and a frosty team adventure game. With hot cocoa, laughter, and plenty of frosty fun, this night has something for everyone. Parents can take the evening for shopping, wrapping, or a well-deserved break while we keep the kids safe, active, and merry all night long!
