Active Older Adults

Staying active is even more important as we age. Enjoy getting fit and having fun by trying out one of the many offerings from the Y! From community-building activities like luncheons and group outings to fitness activities like chair tap, tai chi and more, YMCA of Greensboro has a variety of offerings specifically created for active older adults.

Wellness Orientation

Our Wellness Center is fully equipped with a wide variety of cardio and strength training equipment. Need help getting started? Orientations are free to members ages 14 and over.

Road Races

Join us by walking or running in one or all of our family-friendly races! Proceeds for races benefit youth programs and scholarships to the YMCA of Greensboro.
