All players will need to bring knee pads and a labeled water bottle.

The Ragsdale Y is now offering swim time for daycare and homeschool kids, by appointment! Swim schedule varies from January through December 2025, and more information is below.

This January, we are offering FREE Fit3D scan days on January 20 at the Bryan Y and January 28 at the Ragsdale Y! Fit3D is a body scanning machine that takes a 360-degree image of your body using infrared cameras, helping you track your body shape and composition. With a single 3-minute scan, you'll receive info about your weight, body fat percentage, and more.

Come and discover the benefits of strength training with personal trainer Germaine Cousar. You'll learn how to lift weights, create a strength training schedule, and lift safely and effectively. It's a great chance to empower yourself and connect with others on a similar journey.
