Get moving with us! Our bootcamps are hosted by a variety of instructors and are focused on helping you get into shape and change up your routine.

Join Ernest Dukes, Founder and Chief of Dukes’ Martial Arts Academy and accomplished Grand Master, for self-defense classes for seniors. This class is designed to teach not only self-defense, but situational awareness and discipline while improving confidence. Come see what summer at YMCA Camp Weaver looks like! We’re opening our gates this spring for families interested in exploring our overnight and day camp programs in 2026. During your visit, you’ll: Tour the camp property Peek inside cabins & program areas Stop by the dining hall Meet camp staff and have the opportunity to ask questions about activities, schedules, and sessions If you have a future camper at home (or you’re just curious what makes Camp Weaver so special), we’d love to show you around and help you get ready for summer! Bring your little ones and join us for a fun, supportive workout designed especially for moms! Bring a mat, beach towel, or blanket to use during the workout.

Get out and get moving with us! Our Greenway Fitness classes meet on Tuesday evenings from April through June and September through October. Greenway Fitness Classes are a variety of class styles to get you moving, including Zumba, HIIT, Cardio + Resistance, and more! All classes are held 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.

This summer, join us at the Hayes-Taylor Memorial YMCA, Ragsdale Family YMCA and Stoney Creek Express YMCA for Wellness Wednesdays! All ages are welcome, and no appointment is required. Let’s get well together!
