YMCA of Greensboro summer jobs are all about character development and providing services to the community while working in a fun, engaging environment! We are currently hiring at 6 branches and an overnight resident camp!

Summer Camp Counselors

 

Summer Camp Counselors (also known as Youth Development Leaders) are responsible for supervising children while conducting educational, cultural and recreational activities for children from grades K-8. 

Camp Weaver Summer Camp Staff

 

The Camp Weaver Counselor is responsible for supporting the mission of the YMCA while meeting the needs of the resident and day campers and creating a positive and fun camp experience. They will facilitate activities with children ages 7 - 14 and ensure that they are supervised and safe in the cabin environment.

Lifeguards

 

The Lifeguard is responsible for maintaining safe swimming conditions in the pool, deck and surrounding areas, and creating a safe and positive atmosphere that promotes member safety and engagement in accordance with YMCA policies and procedures.

Once enrolled, the associate is immediately vested.
