We know wellness involves more than working out. The Y offers several wellness programs throughout the year to come alongside you and your wellness journey.
Whether you’re looking to lose weight, get stronger, eat healthier, fight disease, improve your energy or lower stress, we have people and programs in place to help. We offer a variety of fun, high-quality programs that are included in your Y membership or require an additional fee.
For more than 130 years, the Y has served as a nonprofit leader and partner in community health, delivering evidence-based health programs and interventions that benefit vulnerable populations and those managing the life-altering effects of chronic disease.

Join Certified Personal Trainer Christine Ortt for a specialty class designed to help prepare participants for a 5K! This class is carefully crafted to maximize performance while minimizing the risk of injury as participants engage in interval training, tempo runs, strength training, and more.

special discounted rate for the 22nd Annual Reindeer Romp on Saturday,

Gentle Yoga with Sound Healing - May 20 at 6:45 a.m.
