We know wellness involves more than working out. The Y offers several wellness programs throughout the year to come alongside you and your wellness journey.

Whether you’re looking to lose weight, get stronger, eat healthier, fight disease, improve your energy or lower stress, we have people and programs in place to help. We offer a variety of fun, high-quality programs that are included in your Y membership or require an additional fee.

For more than 130 years, the Y has served as a nonprofit leader and partner in community health, delivering evidence-based health programs and interventions that benefit vulnerable populations and those managing the life-altering effects of chronic disease.

Bryan Family YMCA

Bryan Family YMCA Kettlebell Bootcamp

Can you move it to the mountains in just 8 weeks? Move It to the Mountains is a challenge to get you up, moving, and utilizing the Reidsville Family YMCA!

The distance between Reidsville, NC and Boone, NC is approximately 130 miles, and each visit to the YMCA earns "Mountain Miles." Participants who successfully earn 130 miles will be entered into a drawing for 2 prizes, and one of the prizes is a weekend in the mountains! Register today.
