YMCA Kids’ Night Out offers families a safe, affordable option for evening childcare. Each monthly themed event is filled with fun—arts and crafts, STEM activities, outdoor games, and active play that keep kids engaged and energized.
While children discover new adventures and make friends, parents can enjoy a night out knowing their kids are in trusted hands.

Kids' Night Out events are currently available at the Ragsdale Family YMCA in Jamestown, NC, Reidsville Family YMCA in Reidsville, NC, and Spears Family YMCA in Greensboro, NC.
Winter Wonderland

Meal: A kid-friendly dinner will be served during the evening.
Kids will celebrate the season with a cozy mix of creativity, games, and movie-night fun. They’ll make holiday crafts, decorate their own themed treats, play winter-inspired games, and end the evening relaxing together with a holiday movie.

This Thanksgiving-inspired night is all about teamwork, movement, and gratitude. Kids will take part in turkey-themed relay races, cornhole, and other group games before slowing down for a simple gratitude activity that encourages them to think about the people and things they appreciate. An opportunity to swim will be offered.
