Women on Weights

Join personal trainer Germaine Cousar and learn more about the importance of strength training for women! During this 6-week session, Coach G will lead two groups, one for beginners and one for more advanced participants.
Participants will be introduced to weightlifting, build a strength training schedule, and learn proper form for lifting safely and effectively. The program will also teach how to increase stability and mobility and build muscle at your own pace! Register today.
