Cost: $200 per participant | $50 deposit is required. The remaining amount will be due three weeks prior to the weekend.

Surrounded by scenic nature views, this rejuvenating weekend retreat offers wellness workshops, outdoor adventure, creative classes, relaxation time, and opportunities to connect with other women. Delicious meals and comfortable lodging are included for a stress-free getaway.

Cabins are modern with twin-sized beds, individual air-conditioning and heating units. Participants will share cabins, one participant per bottom bunk. A sample packing list will be provided after registration.

Check-In Information

Friday Check-In: 7–8 p.m. (early arrival optional)
Please contact the office if you need special accommodations.

Saturday Check-In: Begins at 9 a.m. during continental breakfast and class sign-ups.

Friday — Arrival & Welcome

All Friday activities are optional and included at no additional cost.

7–8 p.m. — Optional Check-In (Herman Hall)

9 p.m. — Bonfire at Cabin Line with S’mores

10 p.m. — Quiet Hours Begin

Saturday — Full Day of Wellness & Activities

9 a.m. — Check-In, Breakfast & Class Sign-Ups (Herman Hall)

Morning

10 a.m. — Social (Half) Hour + Team Building

10:30 a.m. — Class Period 1
Options may include: Sunrise Yoga, Fiber Crafts, Gardening, Art Therapy

11:45 a.m. — Class Period 2
Options may include: HIIT Cardio, High Ropes, Photography, Self-Defense, Pelvic Floor Therapy

Afternoon

1 p.m. — Lunch

2 p.m. — Class Period 3
Options may include: Zip-Line, Giant Swing, Nutrition, Vision Boarding, Boating

3:15 p.m. — Coffee & Tea Bar

3:45 p.m. — Class Period 4
Options may include: Boating, Archery, Personal Finance, Art Therapy, Fiber Crafts

Evening

5 p.m. — Free Choice Activities
Archery, BBs, Fishing, High Ropes

6:15 p.m. — Dinner

7:30 p.m. — Evening Programming

8:30 p.m. — Bonfire with S’mores & Banana Boats

11 p.m. — Quiet Hours Begin

Sunday — Wrap-Up & Departure

8 a.m. — Fishing Opens
