The YMCA of Greensboro offers specialty programs that support health, wellness and inclusion for all ages and abilities. Our programs serve communities in Greensboro, Eden, Reidsville, Ragsdale and Whitsett in North Carolina.

From MS Water Fitness and Diverse Abilities Swim Lessons to Evidence-Based Health Initiatives, our programs help individuals prevent and manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure and cancer. Through Y in Community outdoor wellness programs, we also offer free group exercise classes in local parks and community centers.

For more information about EBHI or Specialty Programs, contact Angela Rogers, Director of Community Health and Wellness.
