Every Tuesday, join us for our Nordic Walking Group at the Spears Family YMCA! Nordic walking (Scandinavian walking) is a total-body, fitness-focused, outdoor walking technique using specialized poles to engage 90% of muscles, burning up to 40% more calories than regular walking. It enhances posture, improves balance, and reduces knee joint stress, making it a high-intensity, low-impact exercise suitable for all ages.
Cost: Free! Registration and walking poles are strongly recommended. Register in-person or online. | Register Online
