Aqua Blast 2
Aqua Blast 2 is a water fitness class that has all the intensity, resistance, and aerobic activity you would want in a high impact workout! This class combines shallow and deep water, along with land exercises to provide the complete body workout! Exercise intensity is moderate to high.

Fit Camp: Test Your Limits
Join us for the last FIT CAMP in our seven part series! We will put together all of the essentials you have learned and use them to take you workout to your limit! If this is your first time joining us, this will be an awesome program!
Program Dates: July 10th-July 26th
Days/ Times: Tues/ Thurs starting at 5:30am
Cost: Members $40/Non-Members $60
This series will run January through July with every month being a specialized theme of workouts. Similar to last year’s series, if you sign up for a total of four out of seven fit camps, you will earn a shirt. Please share ideas and things that you would like to work on so we can cater our FIT CAMPS to you!
Mindful Therapeutic Stretching Series
During this hour you will stretch all of your major muscles groups from head to toe *Stretches are done slow, deep and thorough as you breathe and will be done in /on chair and floor. Register for all five of the sessions at once and get the fifth one free! The first 10 people to register for all 5 sessions will be entered into a drawing for a free massage from Jill! Join Jill White-Huffman, a licensed massage and bodywork therapist and licensed professional counselor and marriage family therapist, as she leads us through a wonderful workshop series focusing on helping: reduce pain, improve flexibly, sleep better, reduce stress, anxiety, and depression.

What is Pickleball? Pickleball is a combination of ping pong, badminton & tennis played on a badminton-sized court using paddles and a wiffleball.

Limited rackets & balls available for checkout in the Wellness Center. You are encouraged to bring your own.
The Teen Certification is a two hour class that will allow teens, ages 14-15, to use the Wellness Center without having a parent or guardian present. Teens will learn basic anatomy and physiology, key components to health and well-being, how to use strength and cardio equipment, proper strength training form, and Wellness Center Rules and Policies. Classes will be offered at various times throughout the month. The class is divided into three major portions: a practical, a lecture, and a written test.

"The Change" Small Group Training
Join our small group training that will teach you how to create a lean body! We will use a variety of different tools going beyond the normal barbell, dumbbell, and machine routine. Each day you will walk out with the workout and weight recommendations including options, if needed, so you can continue to practice your new routines. Grab a friend and join us for “The Change”!
Three different sessions of “The Change” will be offered over the summer. Join at least 2 of the 3 sessions and earn a cool t-shirt.
No discounts offered for missing sessions or vacations interfering with attendance.

Our Wellness Center is fully equipped with a wide variety of cardio and strength training equipment. Need help getting started? Orientations are free to members ages 16 and over.
During orientation, you will be shown how to operate the cardiovascular and strength training equipment. We will develop a personalized workout plan to help you reach your goals.
All youth 14 and 15 years of age are required to complete a teen certification course prior to being allowed to have full fitness center privileges.

Yoga in the Park
The Ragsdale Family YMCA in partnership with the City of Jamestown is offering FREE Community Yoga in the Park. Join us at Wrenn Miller Park Wednesday evening for an hour of yoga. Bring your own yoga mat and a bottle of water. Make sure to invite your friends and support your local small businesses after you are done with your yoga practice!
