Aqua Blast 2
Aqua Blast 2 is a water fitness class that has all the intensity, resistance, and aerobic activity you would want in a high impact workout! This class combines shallow and deep water, along with land exercises to provide the complete body workout! Exercise intensity is moderate to high.

6 Week Program to Transform Your Fitness
If you are looking to rev up your workouts and push yourself a little bit further, join us for our annual Fall Bootcamp! Our awesome instructors will be pushing you to your limits and taking you to your next level of fitness. No matter what your fitness level is, our bootcamp is for you!
If you decide the session you pick is not enough for you, you are more than welcome to join any of the other sessions you please! Just be sure to register in the session you will be trying to attend regularly so we have an accurate count of participants for each session.

"Change" It Up Small Group Training
Join our small group training that will teach you how to create a lean body! We will use a variety of different tools going beyond the normal barbell, dumbbell, and machine routine. Each day you will walk out with the workout and weight recommendations including options, if needed, so you can continue to practice your new routines. Grab a friend and join us for “The Change”!
Three different sessions of “Change” It Up will be offered over the summer. Join at least 2 of the 3 sessions and earn a cool t-shirt.
No discounts offered for missing sessions or vacations interfering with attendance.

What is Pickleball? Pickleball is a combination of ping pong, badminton & tennis played on a badminton-sized court using paddles and a wiffleball.

- Sun 3:00pm-5:00pm
Cost: FREE! (non-members must purchase a guest pass)
Limited rackets & balls available for checkout in the Wellness Center. You are encouraged to bring your own.
The Teen Certification is a two hour class that will allow teens, ages 14-15, to use the Wellness Center without having a parent or guardian present. Teens will learn basic anatomy and physiology, key components to health and well-being, how to use strength and cardio equipment, proper strength training form, and Wellness Center Rules and Policies. Classes will be offered at various times throughout the month. The class is divided into three major portions: a practical, a lecture, and a written test.

Our Wellness Center is fully equipped with a wide variety of cardio and strength training equipment. Need help getting started? Orientations are free to members ages 16 and over.
During orientation, you will be shown how to operate the cardiovascular and strength training equipment. We will develop a personalized workout plan to help you reach your goals.
All youth 14 and 15 years of age are required to complete a teen certification course prior to being allowed to have full fitness center privileges.

Yoga in the Park
The Ragsdale Family YMCA in partnership with the City of Jamestown is offering FREE Community Yoga in the Park. Join us at Wrenn Miller Park Wednesday evening for an hour of yoga. Bring your own yoga mat and a bottle of water. Make sure to invite your friends and support your local small businesses after you are done with your yoga practice!
