Aqua Blast 2
Aqua Blast 2 is a water fitness class that has all the intensity, resistance, and aerobic activity you would want in a high impact workout! This class combines shallow and deep water, along with land exercises to provide the complete body workout! Exercise intensity is moderate to high.

What is Pickleball? Pickleball is a combination of ping pong, badminton & tennis played on a badminton-sized court using paddles and a wiffleball.
- Mon/Wed/Fri 8am-10am while GCS is in session (no pickleball on these days during summer or all day outs)
- Tuesdays/Thursdays 8:00am-10:00am
- Fridays 12:00pm-2:00pm
- Sun 3:00pm-5:00pm
Cost: FREE! (non-members must purchase a guest pass)
Limited rackets & balls available for checkout in the Wellness Center. You are encouraged to bring your own.
The Teen Certification is a 2-hour class that will allow teens aged 14-15 to use the Wellness Center without having a parent or guardian present. Teens will learn basic anatomy and physiology, key components to health and well-being, how to use strength and cardio equipment, proper strength training form, and Wellness Center Rules and Policies. The class is divided into three major portions: a practical, a lecture and a written test.
When: Every 1st Monday and 3rd Saturday

Our Wellness Center is fully equipped with a wide variety of cardio and strength training equipment. Need help getting started? Orientations are free to members ages 16 and over.
During orientation, you will be shown how to operate the cardiovascular and strength training equipment. We will develop a personalized workout plan to help you reach your goals.
All youth 14 and 15 years of age are required to complete a teen certification course prior to being allowed to have full fitness center privileges.

FITCAMP: Spring Fling
Join us for the second quarter of FITCAMP: Spring Fling! This 4-week program is designed for all fitness levels and will help give you an edge up on your fitness. We are training to hike Pilot Mountain as a team on May 18th!
This series will run quarterly (4 sessions for the year). If you sign up for all 4 of the sessions, you will earn a special FITCAMP shirt! We are excited to bring you these classes, all themed, all challenging, all different and all asking more of you to help develop your fitness!
