Child Care While Your Workout- PlayZone
PlayZone is designed for children from 3 months to 12 years old. This is a benefit for our Adult, Family and Senior memberships so as long as the accompanying adult is a member, children may use the PlayZone. Please, no outside snacks due to food allergies, also do NOT bring sick children to PlayZone. Crying children will be given 15 minutes before a parent will be called unless staff is notified differently.
Mon. to Friday 8:30 am – 12Noon & 4:00pm – 8:00pm
Saturday: 8:30 am – 1:00pm
PlayZone may only be used for a maximum of 2 hours per day.
If you have any questions regarding the PlayZone please contact Elena Nazario, Hayes-Taylor Membership Director, at 336.272.2131.

After-School Care at the Y is a unique program committed to offering opportunities to help children reach their full potential in education, physical fitness, self-esteem and spiritual health. Our program offers homework assistance, exciting and educational weekly themes, sports, swimming, games galore and much more. Under the watchful eyes of our qualified staff, the program fosters friendship among the children in the kind of open and inviting setting that only the Y can provide. We look forward to the 2019-2020 school year, which brings even more opportunities to reach out to our community and play a role in the development of our youth and the many families we serve.
