Cost: $125 Members or $150 for Community Guests

When: Saturdays from noon – 2 pm. 1 hour to swim and 30 minutes for refreshments. 30 minutes is allotted before and after for room set up and clean up, which the renter is responsible for.

Details: Max of 15 people, all those in attendance will be counted in the 30 maximum. Swim time is private. Children under 48 inches tall must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in the pool within arms reach at all times. All participants must follow the Eden Y pool rules.

Event Details

  • Baptisms will be held on Saturdays ONLY. They will begin at 1:15pm. 
  • The party will be given the chance to change in the locker room before 1:15pm.
  • The baptism must end at 2pm. You will have until 2:15pm to exit the building.
  • Birthday parties or any other event utilizing the pool/classroom will be held from 12pm-2pm.
  • The party will have 12pm-1pm in the pool and 1pm-2pm in the classroom.
  • Swim time is shared with Open Swim.
  • All swimmers under the age of 13 will be swim tested and must follow the Swim Test Policies and Procedures.
  • If swimmers have a red band, an adult must accompany them in the pool.
  • The classroom must be cleaned and exited by 2pm.
  • The kitchen may not be utilized.
  • Due to safety precautions, large flames shall not be used.
  • The noise must stay to a minimum. 
  • Only 25 participants will be allowed to use the pool and classroom.

Cost
Baptism: $75 with a $25 non-refundable deposit
Birthday Party or Party Event: $200 Members | $300 Community Guests
$100 non-refundable deposit due prior to the event date.

Your Celebration Includes:

  • A classroom
  • Tables and chairs
  • Y staff member to assist with set-up, clean-up, swim tests and other party assistance
  • Set-up and clean-up time

Please note that the pool and Hayes-Taylor Y must have at least a month's notice in advance of the event date.

Community Room Rentals

Cost: $200 Members | $275 Community Guests
$50 non-refundable deposit is due two weeks before the event date. Balance is due the day of the event.

Includes tables and chairs for your celebration. Room capacity varies by celebration setup.

When: Saturdays 1pm-4:30pm and Sundays 1pm-4:30pm

Room capacity varies on room set up:

  • Approximately 60 guest banquets
  • Approximately 75 guests for a theater-style event

Pool Party Rentals

Cost: $350 Members | $450 Community Guests
$50 non-refundable deposit is due two weeks before the event date. Balance is due the day of the event. You may invite up to 35 guests. There is a $10 charge per participant for each guest after 35. 

When: Saturdays and Sundays 1pm-4:30pm, Swim Time 2:15pm-3:45pm

Your celebration includes:

  • Tables and chairs
  • Y staff member to assist with set-up, clean-up, swim tests and other party assistance
  • Set-up and clean-up time

The Reidsville YMCA welcomes groups to rent our facilities for various events such as birthday parties, baptisms, and meetings.

*Rental must be approved by the Executive Director before scheduled.

Swimming Pool

YMCA Members—$60 per hour (20 swimmer max)
Community Guests—$80 per hour (20 swimmers max)

Outside Operating Hours (Private Party)

YMCA Members—$80 per hour (50 swimmers max)
Community Guests—$100 per hour (50 swimmers max)

*Price is per 20 swimmers.

Basketball Gym

YMCA Members—$50 per hour
Community Guests—$70 per hour

*Gym rentals are only available for a half-court of the gym during regular business hours. A maximum of 4 tables and 24 chairs can be used.

BB&T Room

YMCA Members—$60 per hour
Community Guests—$80 per hour

*Price includes staff assistance for set-up/break-down, kitchen use, and rental of tables and chairs.
**Requested rental hours should factor in time for set up and clean up/break-down.

Additional Rental Options

Church Baptisms $20 per half hour for up to 15 people.

Patio and Playground Rental can be added to a rental package for $20 (Y members), $40 (Community Guests)

Conference Room Meeting Space (maximum of 8 attendees) $20 per hour (Y members), $40 per hour (Community Guests)

To book your next party at the Spears Y, please call (336) 387-9622. Please provide your requested party date and time. The full payment and room rental contract must be signed to secure your rental.

Pool Party Package (2 hours)

  • Use of party room for two hours
  • Maximum of 20 people
  • The first hour is designated for swim time which will be shared with open swim

Cost: $150 for Members | $200 for Community Guests (An additional 30 mins can be purchased for an extra $25)

All swimmers ages 5-12 will be swim tested and must follow the Swim Test Policies and Procedures. All children under the age of 5 must have a parent in the water within arm's reach.
