Yoga Therapeutics

This personalized therapeutic yoga program, led by Richard Bakker, is designed for adults with physician-diagnosed conditions like high blood pressure, glaucoma, or sleep apnea.

Yoga Therapeutics begins with a 90-minute personal assessment, which includes a personal home yoga therapy program. Participants will then join weekly 75-minute sessions to continue their practice and receive monthly one-on-one check-ins. This is your opportunity to strengthen your spirit, mind, and body with expert support in a welcoming community!

CardioGolf® is a unique fitness program designed to help golfers of all levels improve their swing, strength, flexibility, and endurance—both on and off the course. Developed by an LPGA Master Professional, and led by CardioGolf® Certified Instructor Tim Gray, this program blends golf-specific drills with functional fitness exercises to enhance performance and prevent injury.

Using the CardioGolf® Fit Slope and Shortee Practice Club, participants will engage in low-impact, high-energy workouts that increase mobility and flexibility for a more powerful swing; build strength and stability to generate more clubhead speed; and improve endurance and balance for a consistent game.

Whether you're a beginner looking to build confidence or a seasoned golfer aiming for more distance and accuracy, CardioGolf® delivers results!

The Arthritis and Fall Prevention sequence utilizes the Sun style, which makes it gentle on the joints. In this class, you will learn 6 basic core movements, with each class building on the last, over the course of approximately 14 weeks.

Yoga Vision Workshop

Join us for an engaging 1 & 1/2 hour workshop designed to help you set your intentions and goals for the upcoming year. Together, we'll explore powerful techniques to clearly visualize your aspirations, identify meaningful goals, and create a roadmap to achieve them.

Next, we will participate in a yoga class that will aid us in recognizing barriers and obstacles, along with strategies to overcome them.

The workshop will conclude with Yoga Nidra, a deeply relaxing guided meditation. This experience will cultivate creativity and inspire you to have your best year yet!
