Every Tuesday, join us for our Nordic Walking Group at the Spears Family YMCA! Nordic walking (Scandinavian walking) is a total-body, fitness-focused, outdoor walking technique using specialized poles to engage 90% of muscles, burning up to 40% more calories than regular walking. It enhances posture, improves balance, and reduces knee joint stress, making it a high-intensity, low-impact exercise suitable for all ages.

Get out and get moving with us! Our Greenway Fitness classes meet on Tuesday evenings from April through June and September through October. Greenway Fitness Classes are a variety of class styles to get you moving, including Zumba, HIIT, Cardio + Resistance, and more! All classes are held 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.
