Get moving with us! Our bootcamps are hosted by a variety of instructors and are focused on helping you get into shape and change up your routine.

Join us for a fun, social way to stay active! The Stoney Creek Express YMCA’s Walking Club meets one Saturday and one Tuesday each month for a 1-hour walk at a comfortable pace. This club is perfect for all fitness levels. Come enjoy fresh air, friendly conversation, and a healthy step toward your wellness goals!

Enjoy a BBQ pork plate at the Eden Family YMCA and help support our community! 100% of the proceeds will be donated to the Eden YMCA's Annual Campaign. The event will also feature a 50-50 raffle for added fun! Meals can be enjoyed dine-in or takeout. Tickets can be purchased at the Eden YMCA beginning October 6, and must be purchased before November 15. Please note that tickets will not be sold on the day of the event.
