"I started working at the YMCA as a summer camp counselor in 2016. What started as a summer job turned into a full-time passion and calling. I was in college to be a teacher, but after working here for a year I decided to change my major and work my way up in the YMCA. I love how this place has become my second home.
The staff and the kids are amazing and seeing the kids and the staff I work with grow every day is the reason I do this.
The YMCA is a place that not only allows growth but encourages it. I have now been here for almost 5 years, a year-and-a-half of that as a full-time staff member. I have absolutely loved every minute."
