For more than 130 years, the Y has served as a nonprofit leader and partner in community health, delivering evidence-based health programs and interventions that benefit vulnerable populations and those managing the life-altering effects of chronic disease.
During the pandemic, NC YMCAs have partnered with health experts and developed operational plans that meet or exceed requirements and recommendations of the CDC and NC DHHS. Therefore, we are confident in our YMCA's capacity to open our indoor fitness centers safely. For so many in our community, exercise therapy is a key to recovery, disease management and prevention.
Following the all guidelines provided by the NC DHHS, access to facilities is limited to 30% capacity for each space. Areas and offerings may be limited.

Members $85, Potential Members $100
*A minimum of 10 participants is required to run this program.

On the first day of fitness, the YMCA gives to you... the Annual Elf Training Program! Just in time for the holidays, each workout gives you a taste of holiday flavor to get you in the mood for the Christmas season.
Generation POUND® was created not just as a workout geared towards kids, but a MOVEMENT that aims to change the concept of health and fitness for today’s youth

This 4-week program will be designed for all fitness levels and will help give you an edge up on your fitness! This bootcamp will be taking your fitness and pushing it to a new level, asking you to give a little bit more than you have before and increasing your body’s ability to handle being pushed beyond your limits! Our bootcamps are hosted by two of our instructors (Priscilla and Walter) and are focused on helping you change your body and your routine.
