This spring, join us for Wellness Wednesdays! All ages are welcome, and no appointment is required. Please join us on Wednesdays at the Bryan Family YMCA and Eden Family YMCA from August 26 to December 2, 2026. Dates and times follow a rotating schedule.
What to Expect
- Free wellness screenings
- Multi-generational health education
- New weekly health topics and engaging activities
- Led by nursing staff from North Carolina A&T University
- Blood pressure checks
- Blood sugar checks
- Pulse and BMI screenings
- Medication management support
- Time to speak with nurses about health concerns
- Basic health education and additional wellness resources
