This spring, join us for Wellness Wednesdays! All ages are welcome, and no appointment is required. Please join us on Wednesdays at the Hayes-Taylor Memorial YMCA, Ragsdale Family YMCA, and Stoney Creek Express YMCA from January 21 through April 22, 2026, dates and time follow a rotating schedule.
What to Expect
- Free wellness screenings
- Multi-generational health education
- New weekly health topics and engaging activities
- Led by nursing staff from North Carolina A&T University
- Blood pressure checks
- Blood sugar checks
- Pulse and BMI screenings
- Medication management support
- Time to speak with nurses about health concerns
- Basic health education and additional wellness resources
