We are hiring Youth Development Leaders and Lifeguards!

The YMCA of Greensboro is hiring, and we need you! Join us on Saturday, August 13 for the YMCA of Greensboro Job Fair! At the Y, we are committed to making an impact in our community and diversity and inclusion. At the Y, you'll help create positive change in your community while learning, growing, and connecting with peers and community members.

Youth Development Leaders are responsible for supervising children while conducting educational, cultural and recreational activities for children from grades K-8.

The Lifeguard is responsible for maintaining safe swimming conditions in the pool, deck and surrounding areas, and creating a safe and positive atmosphere that promotes member safety and engagement in accordance with YMCA policies and procedures.
