Expand Your Community

Join us to discover connections and build confidence! At the YMCA of Greensboro, we believe everyone deserves a place to feel welcome, valued, and connected. That’s why we offer two unique community-based programs designed specifically for adults who identify as neurodivergent, including those with autism or neurodivergent conditions who may experience social challenges.

The QUAD F and Infinite Horizons programs are all about building meaningful friendships, boosting confidence in communication, and creating a safe, supportive space to connect and grow.

QUAD F

Friends, Fun, Fitness, & Fusion

Friends, Fun, Fitness, & Fusion that’s what QUAD F is all about! This unique program is designed to bring adults with autism and other communication disorders together to build friendships, having fun, getting involved, and staying active with peers who understand and support each other. QUAD F is more than welcome. QUAD F is more than a program, it’s a community where everyone belongs.
