Join us for Yoga in the Park, our Mind/Body Series! Classes will meet on Thursday evenings from May 1-June 26. These classes will meet in the Bicentennial Gardens on Hobbs Rd. and are primarily yoga/meditation classes.

May 30 | Drop-in from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Get ready to move and groove with your whole family at our FREE line dancing night! The theme is Purple Rain, so come dressed to impress in your best purple attire. We’ll even have a prize for the best costume! Open to both YMCA of Greensboro members and Community Guests.

Workout with the Y—in person or virtually—and stay motivated all summer long! Join our Health Happens Here Challenge and complete 30 workouts between June 1 and July 31 to earn a YMCA t-shirt.
