Every Tuesday, join us for our Nordic Walking Group at the Spears Family YMCA! Nordic walking (Scandinavian walking) is a total-body, fitness-focused, outdoor walking technique using specialized poles to engage 90% of muscles, burning up to 40% more calories than regular walking.
