Take your walking workout to the next level! This 30-minute treadmill-based class blends steady walking with incline and speed changes to boost cardiovascular fitness and endurance. Trek & Tread is beginner-friendly but can be scaled for a challenge.

Welcoming Week is an annual event held in September, initiated by Welcoming America in partnership with the YMCA of the USA. This week celebrates the growing movement of communities that embrace newcomer immigrants. It provides an opportunity for neighbors—both immigrants and U.S.-born residents—to connect and celebrate the shared values and strengths that unite them as a community.

Join us for Yoga in the Park, our Mind/Body Series! Classes will meet on Thursday evenings. These classes will meet in the Bicentennial Gardens on Hobbs Rd. and are primarily yoga/meditation classes.

Join us for our Fall Pickleball League at the Bryan Family YMCA and Hayes-Taylor Memorial YMCA! 3 matches minimum per night. Individual registration for social league, and we will pair you up with different partners each week. Set partners for intermediate and challenger leagues, but both players must register.
