How Bright Beginnings Works
Every child deserves to feel confident on the first day of school. But many in our community lack basic supplies like backpacks, clothes, and notebooks.
Bright Beginnings changes that. In partnership with Guilford and Rockingham County schools—and through our YMCA programs—we identify families who need support. With your help, we ensure kids show up ready to learn and thrive.
There’s no cost to families. Just opportunity, support from volunteer neighbors, and the chance to succeed. Your membership fee will benefit Bright Beginnings at the Y!
