Lighten Up! with the Y!

Head into 2018 with a plan in place to lose weight, change habits and become a healthier YOU! Meet once a week as a group for 8 weeks with a wellness coach who will provide guidance on healthy eating, exercise and lifestyle behaviors. Each session includes a private weigh-in to keep you accountable, nutrition and activity challenges, and education about various healthy living concepts to help you with your journey.
