Join us for two new Water Fitness classes! Aquablast and CrossCurrent, held every Tuesday and Thursday, are two new ways to get moving, stay healthy, and have fun doing it. Water resistance offers an excellent opportunity for muscle toning and body sculpting. Water also cools the body during exercise, which reduces stress on the heart and reduces the risk of injury by lessening the impact on weight-bearing joints, muscles, and bones.
Aquablast is held from 7-8:00am, while CrossCurrent is held from 10-11:00am.
