Come join us every Tuesday and Thursday for four weeks from 5:30-6:30 am for a challenging, yet FUN way to become fit. Bootcamp includes a combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core and functional movement patterns.
Women on Weights
Are you interested in learning more about Strength training and how to work free weights into your workout? Then Women on Weights is perfect for you! This 4-week class is specifically designed for women who want to increase their knowledge of weight training, understanding of proper lifting techniques, as well as increasing their muscle mass.
Classes will be taught in the fitness center by certified Personal Trainers.
Program Dates: April 29th-May 20th
