How to Register Online
Come join us every Tuesday and Thursday for four weeks from 5:30-6:30 am for a challenging, yet FUN way to become fit. Bootcamp includes a combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core and functional movement patterns.
Maintain. Don't Gain.
- Pre-Assessment: March 4th-8th
- Workout: March 11th-April 5th
- Post-Assessment: April 8th-12th
- Pre and Post Fitness Assessments
- Weekly small group personal training
- Weekly workout guides
- T-Shirt (provided upon challenge completion)
- 20% discount on 1-on-1 Personal Training (upon challenge completion)
Small Group Personal Training Sessions:
- Evenings: Mondays; 5:30-6:30pm
