Join us for our Wellness Talk series! Led by Trevor Hamlett, this interactive workshop will help participants learn about friendship and support systems.
About Trevor Hamlett: Trevor Hamlett (He/Him/His) is a second-year Master of Public Health/Registered Dietitian student at the UNC-Chapel Hill Gillings School of Global Public Health. He is passionate about preventative health and health equity, particularly in the areas of nutrition and fitness. Trevor is an ACE-certified personal trainer and functional training specialist. Trevor was the former Director of Healthy Living at the Northwest Cary YMCA and now serves on the Advisory Board. His career aspirations are to become a Registered Dietitian and open his own wellness center in order to hinder the prevalence of chronic disease and promote healthy lifestyles, particularly in marginalized communities of color.
