After School/All Day Program for grades 6th - 8th at the Alex W Spears III Family YMCA

The YMCA ACTION 68 After School/All Day Program is a program designed for middle school students. Middle school can be a difficult transition in a child’s life and the Action 68 Program has that age in mind. There will be homework time set aside Monday through Thursday. There are also activities planned to help your pre-teen grow as a person. We teach character development and life skills. Also included each week, is an age-specific fitness program and designated time for gym games to keep your child active.

The YMCA Staff is always concerned for your child(ren)’s safety and well being and looks forward to serving your child(ren)’s needs this school year.

Attendance Status Definitions

Full Time with All Day

Every day school is in session from 2:30 - 6:30 pm and on Teacher Workdays from 7:30 am - 6:30 pm.

Full Time

Every day school is in session from 2:30 - 6:30 pm. Teacher Workdays can be added for $25 per day.

Part Time

After school care 3 days a week from 2:30 - 6:30 pm.

** Inclement Weather Policy - ACTION 68 will not be held if Guilford County Schools are closed due to inclement weather.

• Mar 15 

Please note: there is a one-time registration fee of $30.
Each additional child receives a $10 discount.
